How to use reports and analytics

Numbers tell the story of your event. Here's where to find them and what to do with them.

What this guide covers

Understand your sales: dashboard totals, revenue trends over time, per-event sales reports, attendee lists, event intelligence, and upgrade summaries — with order exports for offline analysis.

What you'll need

Organizer access to the event(s) in question.

Where to go

Organizer dashboard, Analytics, and Intelligence pages.

Step by step

  1. Open Dashboard for headline numbers across your events.
  2. Open Analytics for revenue trends and per-event deep dives.
  3. Per event, pull the sales report and attendee list (door operations).
  4. Use Intelligence for the platform's event-level insights.
  5. Export orders to a file for your own spreadsheets/accounting.

And then?

Exports download with your order data. Note that platform fees and commissions are handled separately in payout reporting (see Payouts).

Good to know (rules & limits)

  • You only see your own account's events and orders.
  • Refunds and cancellations affect reported figures; check a report's as-of behavior for exact cutoffs (needs validation).

If something goes wrong

  • Numbers look stale — the dashboard caches; give it a moment or use the dashboard's cache refresh.

How accurate is this?

Verified from source: dashboard, revenue-trends, sales-report, attendees, event-intelligence, upgrade-summary, orders-export, payout-summary endpoints. Exact report columns need screenshots.
