How payouts work
You've done the work — here's how to set up getting paid and track what you're owed.
What this guide covers
Get paid for your ticket sales: register a payout account, watch your payable balance (sales minus platform fees/commissions), and request payouts.
What you'll need
An organizer account with completed sales and a registered payout account.
Where to go
Organizer dashboard → Payouts (including the payout dashboard view).

Step by step
- Open Payouts and save your payout account details.
- Review your per-event payout summary and overall payable balance (the dashboard breaks this down).
- When ready, submit a payout request.
- Platform admins review/settle payouts from their side; track status on your payout dashboard.
And then?
Requested payouts are processed by platform administration (created/updated in their payout queue). Your balance reflects sales net of platform fees, commissions, and refunds.
Good to know (rules & limits)
- Payout timing is controlled by platform admin processing, not instant.
- Refunds and chargebacks reduce your payable balance.
- Commissions may be set per account by the platform admin — your effective rate is on your account (admin-visible).
If something goes wrong
- Payout pending a long time — contact platform admin; requests sit in their queue until processed.
- Balance lower than sales — fees/commissions/refunds are deducted; check the payout summary breakdown.
How accurate is this?
Verified from source: payout-account get/save, payouts list, payouts/request, payout-dashboard, payout-summary endpoints; admin-side payout create/update/balances routes. Settlement timing SLAs need validation.
