How to view, edit, and refund orders
Need to find an order, fix a detail, or issue a refund? You can handle all of it yourself — here's how.
What this guide covers
See sales for your events, inspect individual orders, edit order details (when allowed), resend confirmations, and refund orders.
What you'll need
Organizer access. Order editing must be enabled — platform admins control the organizer-edit permission per order.
Where to go
Organizer dashboard → Orders (all your orders, or filtered per event; attendee lists per event too).

Step by step
- Open Orders; filter by event/status as needed; export to file for reporting.
- Open an order to see items, buyer, payment state, and tickets.
- If editing is permitted, update order details — every change is written to the audit log.
- Use Resend confirmation when a buyer reports a missing email.
- Use Refund to return a payment; the refund flows through the original payment processor.
And then?
Edits are audited (who/what/when) and visible in the order's audit log. Refunds reconcile through the payment provider and reflect in your sales/payout reporting.
Good to know (rules & limits)
- If the edit option is unavailable on an order, the platform admin has organizer-edit disabled for it — request it from them.
- Refund handling time depends on the payment processor and the buyer's bank.
If something goes wrong
- Cannot edit an order — edit permission is off for that order; contact platform admin.
- Buyer didn't get email — use resend confirmation; verify the email on the order first.
