How to access your tickets
No passwords, no accounts to remember — just your email and a quick code. Here's how to get to your tickets.
What this guide covers
Open your tickets using a one-time code sent to your email — no password or account needed. Each ticket has a QR code for entry.
What you'll need
Use the same email you used at checkout.
Where to go
The Tickets page on the Tikkets Jamaica site.

Step by step
- Open the Tickets page and enter your email address.
- Request an access code — a 6-digit code is emailed to you.
- Enter the code within 15 minutes. This opens your ticket session.
- Open the ticket you need; the QR code is shown on the ticket page.
And then?
Your ticket session stays open so you can view tickets without re-verifying. You can end it manually from the tickets page.
Good to know (rules & limits)
- Codes expire after 15 minutes; request a fresh one (previous unused codes are invalidated).
- Rate limit: at most 10 code requests per 5 minutes — you'll see a "too many requests" message beyond that.
- Each request invalidates earlier unused codes — always use the newest email.
If something goes wrong
- No code email? Check spam, wait a minute, request again. Still nothing → the checkout email may be mistyped; contact the organizer or platform support with your order reference (
TKT-…) and payment receipt. - "Too many access code requests" — wait 5 minutes and try again.
- Lost the ticket page later — just repeat this flow; tickets remain tied to your email.
How accurate is this?
Verified from source: 6-digit code, 15-minute expiry, 10/5min rate limit, session refresh/destroy endpoints, QR served per ticket code.
